YOUR RUN GROUP IS TIED TO YOUR USER ACCOUNT

WHAT THIS MEANS:
  • You may only register in your assigned run group or lower.
  • On an event registration form, you will ONLY see options for your run group or lower.
  • If checking for available spots on an event registration form, you will ONLY be able to check availability in your run group or lower.
  • You must be approved to move to another run group.
NEW DRIVER ACCOUNTS:

REQUEST A HIGHER RUN GROUP

APPROVAL PROCESS:
To be approved for a higher level, review our Run Group Guide and then complete this form to submit your road course driving experience and request a new run group.

Upon completion, our chief instructors will review & assign you to the appropriate run group.

You will receive an email once your information has been reviewed. Please allow 2-3 business days.

In the meantime, if you do not already have an autointerests.com account, please create one now. Doing this will help speed up the process so we can assign your run group to your user account as soon as we have approval.

We appreciate your patience while you wait until we assign your run group before registering. 

Do not register in First Timer if you know that you are a Novice, Intermediate or Advanced driver! Please be considerate; doing so takes spots away from actual First Time drivers and creates extra administrative work.

This approval process is for newly created accounts or current drivers who believe their run group assignment is incorrect. Throughout the season and at events, if you are approved by an instructor to move up your run group assignments will be adjusted appropriately - no need to email information at that point.

My run group shows "First-Timer", but I'm not a first-timer

If you are new to AutoInterests, your account is either unassigned or defaulted to the First-Timer run group.

Why do I only see Acclimation or First-Timer on registration forms?

How do I register for Novice Solo, Intermediate or Advanced?

Once approved and assigned to a new run group, the other options will appear on the registration form (depending on what you've been approved for).

My run group isn't displayed, how do I register?

If you do not see your run group from the Run Group select box on an event registration form, your account is either unassigned or defaulted to the First-Timer run group, therefore you will ONLY be shown those options on an event registration form.

Once approved and assigned to a new run group, the other options will appear on the registration form (depending on what you've been approved for).

Is my run group sold out?

PLEASE NOTE: You can only check the availability of your run group, or lower levels. (If you are a Novice driver you can not see Intermediate or Advanced. If you are an Intermediate driver you can not see Advanced.)

HOW TO CHECK: On the event registration form select your desired options including "Run Group", and the remaining spots available will display below the "Add to Cart" button (or the button will change to UNAVAILABLE).

WAIT LIST: If your selection displays "UNAVAILABLE", additional spots may become available at a later date due to driver cancellations or additional instructors. If you would like to be put on the waiting list, please click the "Add me to the wait list" link.

If a run group isn't listed, does that mean it's sold out?

No. If you do not see a run group listed on the event registration form, this DOES NOT mean sold out. This simply means that your account is not assigned/approved for that group, therefore unable to view/register for it.
